Airport Authority Police Giving Speeding Tickets
In case you weren't able to join Washington Post's "Dr. Gridlock" (Robert Thomson) recently for his live "Q&A" traffic discussion on April 26, the question about whether the Washington Metropolitan Airport Authority police were giving out speeding tickets on the Dulles airport access road (the toll free portion leading directly to Dulles) came up. Below is the question and answer from Dr. Gridlock.
So, bottom line... don't speed, around the airport or anywhere. Loudoun County Traffic agrees with Dr. Gridlock on this one. We support our local law enforcement agencies enforcing speed limits/traffic laws.
