As crews from the Virginia Department of Transportation continue to work to clear the snow-covered roadways, Loudoun County officials encourage motorists to make use of online tools to check road conditions before venturing outside.
At last report, VDOT was categorizing major roads in Loudoun as bare pavement with isolated spots of snow, ice or slush. Driving with caution is recommended.
