Crews will begin one week of overnight work on the Route 7/15 Bypass involving removal of temporary concrete barriers, pavement milling and overlay, and pavement markings starting tonight, Monday, August 4.
Drivers can expect lane closures from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night on the bypass underneath the newly constructed Sycolin Road bridge overpass.
The nighttime lane closure on Friday, August 8 may extend beyond 5 a.m. on Saturday, August 9 to complete the work. In case of rain on Friday, the night work may be postponed to Saturday night.
Motorists should expect delays and are urged to use alternate routes.
