The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is advising residents of two weekend events that may cause traffic delays in various areas of the county.
The Briar Woods High School Homecoming Parade will travel in Ashburn along Soave Drive, Olympia Drive and Regalwood Drive this afternoon, Friday, Sept. 26, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Motorists may see some delays in this area.
On Saturday, an event in Lovettsville may cause delays for motorists in the area of East Broad Way, South Light Street, South Loudoun Street and East Pennsylvania Avenue from 8 a.m. to midnight.
Motorists are asked to please be patient, drive safely, follow all law-enforcement direction ... and have a safe weekend.
