The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office Crash Reconstruction Unit is seeking witnesses to a crash that occurred September 25 on Route 7 near Lansdowne Boulevard.
The crash occurred around 9 a.m. last Thursday, Sept. 25, when a large black SUV rear-ended a Toyota mini-van that was eastbound on Route 7 near the Lansdowne exit. The SUV fled the scene. The fleeing vehicle was described as a large box-style SUV and should have apparent front-end damage.
The driver of the mini-van, a Purcellville woman, was not injured.
